General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Deliveries take place, wherever possible, within ninety days of the order.  A delay in delivery shall under no circumstances justify cancellation of the order.  Execution of the order is automatically extended in the event of force majeure or irregularities.

2. Any damage must be reported before the goods are put into use.

3. With regard to any defects in the goods delivered, the Belgian Act of 1 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods applies.

4. In the event of a dispute or legal proceedings, only the courts of Kortrijk (Belgium) have jurisdiction.

5. All goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

6. If the purchased goods are not accepted upon delivery – taking into account administrative costs, travel costs, stand fees paid, loss of profit and the like – the buyer shall owe compensation equal to 30% of the sale price.

7. In the event of failure to comply with the payment terms indicated on the front, the company may charge interest of 12% as from the due date.

8. If legal action is required to settle our account, the amount due will be increased by 15%, with a minimum of € 50, as a penalty clause.

9. Our appliances are guaranteed for two years against any construction or material defect.  Our liability is always limited to the appliance itself and does not extend to the installation to which it may be connected.  Repairs are always carried out at the buyer's risk.
